    What do you know about the case that makes you think that?

    No physcal evidence
    No circumstantial evidence
    No eye witnesses
    No medical evidence
    Police concerns about veracity of some contents of complainent statement
    One word against another

    But somehow you believe one over the other?

    Sorry but I require more than just a vibe to make a conclusion like that.

    And the law certainly requires more than that to convict someone. As it should.
