According to the original Buy Back Announcement, "the prices paid for shares purchased under the buy-back will be no more than 5% above the volume-weighted average price of TPW shares over the five trading days prior to purchase".
Which means that Buy-backs are on hold in a rising share price environment. They will likely continue if the share price flattens out over a 5+ day trading period.
