We are not far off getting AML data out of Israel showing Zan in combo at optimum dosage or close too (as they are in phase 2 stage after dose escalation) in the exact indication it was previously approved for and has a wealth of history in treating patients in.
Has shown a previous 40% R/R in June 2020 in late stage patients, this time it’s in combo. We might see, 50, 60, 70% or even higher?
Remember RAC at the 2021 AGM stated AML on its own may have a $300m usd revenue opportunity which at 3.5x peak sales is an SP of approx $9.50au
This is not including cardio benefit which has been shown pre-clinically, FTO which has been shown pre-clinically and being measured or sampled in this exact trail.
RAC run from 30c to $2 in 6 months following the last sheba result, don’t sleep on this news we are about to get.
This trial alone is why i have been buying as much as i can at these levels as its the lowest bar, highest probability of success, shortest timeline to result, and at a worst case minimum means a double, triple, or more of my investment.
