Do it all again? He's gone from 6mil cap to 350mil probably needs someone else to take it to an actual mine, get back in the actual exploring piece and make the big end return with shares in WML and taking it to 350mil. He's a great exploration company MD, maybe he'll be a great mining operations MD but they are usually two different animals. He will get better financial leverage from taking WML to 350mil from its current price than staying on and taking DRE to 3.5bil.
He may well want to stay, but he'd be amazing for WML, does he have a twin
