how on earth did they come up with a value for the shares of .00162?
i would suggest we vote against the issue, but having been totally diluted, and recognizing that Roman will do what ever the hell he feels like, its not worth wasting my breath.
So the (proposed) shares are already sitting on a 100% return (granted there is no market for them at the moment) and the 3 year options are .0005 away from being in the money.
Im i the only one frustrated by this company?
