So the takeaways are

- 5EA completes earn-in agreement with OSM for the Salt Wells projects which are greenfield projects

- The deal sees OSM assuming responsibility for all expenditure related to the exploration and development

- Agreement releases 5EA from significant expenditure on what is a non-core asset while retaining any future boron mineral interest and product sales rights

- 5EA remains focused on the transition to impending production boric acid and lithium from its new facility at the 5E Boron Americas Complex in California

Why couldn't they have just put something like this out???
