i nearly posted the same thing regarding that quote, the use of the word parallel is interesting, seems all of the plans have changed since GRL was acquired, after that point all the timelines were removed from the presentations, surely its smarter to build paradox first then build GRL once the CAPEX has been repaid though perhaps with the US Govt loans on a 10 year payback and very low interest, maybe it makes sense to borrow twice the amount, build 2 plants concurrently and use the rest of the year to fully define the resources.. what are peoples thoughts?
