NHC buys mines when coal is at $50 and people are fireselling
The fact that there are 4 - 5 bidders at least + international parties interested means the price is going to be too high
NHC bought the 40% bengalla interest for around 860m... we did 450 ebitda last qtr so thats 225m for a 40% interest (we have 80%)... so paid back in less than 1 yr
