Not sure the details. But could be every employee on payroll who lives in VIC attracting a higher tax? And if the retail sector goes down as a whole cause of this, NCK will be brought along as well, already down since the announcement today.Well migration next 3-4 years will be booming, more ppl coming here will be buying houses and furnitures. The TAM will increase with increase in population and the big players like NCK will benefit the most. If you think 3-4 years is temporary then sure. My bet is on this temporary thing to flow through to the next housing cycle from it's current lows.
