what would you consider a sweet buyout. last thing you would want is getting bought out at a cheap valuation even though it may be multiples of seed valuation. i hope management look at LTR as an example and make sure they look after their and shareholders when looking at valuations. assuming CPS would be managing the buy out given their stake i hope its benchmarked against peers.
i remember CEO suggesting above 1B$ MC so hope nothing less is looked at.
