Fundamentals will drive the DEV share price NOW….

The IH&S bottoming pattern that DEV completed actually failed at one point until the Rare earths announcement pushed it back over the neckline and to reach its target….
Chart patterns like this are self fulfilling and have target prices and that’s why when they complete there tends to be some sideways and down movement as traders exit their positions…
When I highlighted the IH&S pattern a month ago the share price was 0.31c so there was over 20% movement from that price alone… Traders will take the 20% and move on to another opportunity or wait and see what happens next before taking another position…

DEV has put in a couple of shooting star candles and is looking a bit toppy at the present moment – Not that it will fall dramatically but it could come back to the 9 EMA at around 0.35c before moving higher…
Any positive announcement NOW would instantly neautralise any negativity and the share price would surge higher…

Its all about Fundamental and technical’s and they both have to be used to be successful…

I have had great success with DEV selling and buying along the way – selling DEV into the 0.70c surge on visuals and exiting a large position in the high 0.50’s last April before all the interest rate rises – both times had distinctive indications that the price was topping…

Right now we are in a uptrend so it's a hold for me and lets see what happens next - GL
