Sorry but by law they have duty of care of their share holders...imo...
Yes and they are doing a very good job of it , plant up and running ahead of time , drilling frantically, huge resource upgrade, lots of roadshow recently etc .
Their duty is to increase shareholder value over time which they have done very well so far and there is absolutely no indication that won't continue , they have no duty with regards to updates beyond material events and other exchange requirements. Quarterlies update all projects.
Whether all updates arrive before the end of May or not is immaterial, there are no official dates , whats in them is material and I'm just keen as anyone else to see them. It only takes one day to be in another month.
Generally when the shareprice is going up everyone is happy and when its not they look for something to bitch about but its still the same company...
