That is a FACT. And, another is that much of that holding is in clued in family (grandparents to grandkids) and friends hands.
Must be something of a curiosity where opportunist go; "Two billion, two hundred million SOI's. Volatility is a Piece of Cake! We can scoop these up at will. Hey fellas, gimmie your shares, after all I'm offering a fair price of $2.50."
