There are synergies happening here.. Ian Porter was ex Iseek COO- Jason Gomersall is CEO of Iseek and a director of Vonex and a large shareholder. We can only benefit from this. Also showing a vote of confidence in his ability to turn this sinking ship is slashing his take home salary and going the performance share option- Hopefully this puts a reversal onthe exodus and share downward spiral we have been suffering from for some time now. We can only hope..
