The Study is probally rubbish but i'm not surprised if this is true.
Anyone should be allowed to have kids if they can show there is a good likelyhood they will be good parents. Why restrict humans to such a degree? The need for Male and female role models is questionable.
Bullying happens to anyone and everyone...being intelligent and working hard at school is just as likely to get you strung up by your peers.You can hardly stop something progressive because a part of society is so backwards.
