that was the explanation given by Chalmers.... your description is pretty limited in utility. whats the point of the EM if only curious pollies ever see it. Chalmers' description makes much more practical sense. lawyers and judges access is the stated purpose. I'll take Chalmers' word on this.... pretty sure he would know better.

since Dutton has forced people to choose a side rather than decide this on ethical, conscience, or material benefit..... I'll stick with the words of Justice Hayne and Prof. Twomey.... they too are no doubt biased to some extent, but I'd rather side with positivity than negativity.
