My guess is now they'll wait until after the US polies get their act together on the debt ceiling. To get sign off by Biden by the June 1, they will have to come to some sort of agreement by Friday 25th oh May. No announcement will spark our SP between now and then so it will be wasted. Of course that is IF June 1 is actually D day. They could potentially stumble a little longer without agreement.
It seems like it could be Christmas in June for shorters if the Feds don't agree. The cynic in me thinks maybe it's well orchestrated.
