And i assume its so they can soak a quantity at lows OR
some other VWAP thing where they benefit with a low share price.
unlisted Options expire in a month, large holders and the company will want it over a $1.10 or so.
See if this promotes some urgency , coupled with Cash flow pos which is expected.
