Thanks for your reply. I have really been milling over this since the early comments regarding waist tailings ownership.
I have had this thought since , where I would have assumed all waist/tailings would have been used to reinstate all mined site, farms and or crown land to their original state prior them being mined by Iluka for Mineral Sands.
So I was thinking then, how have Iluka managed to have all this waist/tailings still in stock pile??
