I have no motivation other than seeking the honest truth.... which I obtained by writing to the BLM and I copied their reply on here.

The simple fact is that the company has announced on at least 4 occasions (25/1, 22/3, 4/5 and 8/5) that they have approval to re-enter the wells at Sunburst #1 and Mineral Canyon Fed 1-3. The company has not re-entered these wells because the approval (although previously granted) has been set aside.... it's been posted on here, it's on the BLM site, it's been confirmed by email from BLM.

The stone cold denial and behaviour from some has left me bewildered.

I think a company (ANY company, not just this one) should tell it's shareholders immediately if a previously announced approval has been set aside by the regulatory body who granted said approval.

Once again I copy below the email reply from BLM... for those who do not understand, the Decision Record IS the approval and the Decision (approval) has been set aside at the moment.

STOP ARGUING ABOUT A STRAIGHT OUT, BLACK AND WHITE, CLEAR ENGLISH INDISPUTABLE FACT!!! FFS!!

Hopefully the company tells us when a new Decision is issued, rather than a shareholder needing to find it out from the BLM and announce it on social media.

The sentence you have highlighted should be read and understood in its entirety. Picking two words out of context misconstrues meaning.

Technically, the original Approval Decision still stands but is on hold, pending provision of additional NEPA analysis by the Moab field office. We know the additional field assessments by BLM have been done. Once the Moab field office submit their report for the additional NEPA analysis the Approval status will change from 'on hold' to 'all systems go'.

I am neither a pumper or complainer here, it just is what it is. It's frustrating, but normal process. I've project managed various environmental and hydrogeological assessments comparable to the NEPA analysis. I see no issues here, other than the frustration of it taking longer than expected to get the drill bit turning.
