No offense taken, but I guess in their position (if it is them doing the bot trades), they are using the system to their advantage. With the greatest respect, we all do - it's called self interest. Altruism gets checked at the door to the stock exchange I'm afraid. By the way, I don't like the bot trade phenomena either, it seems to have infected a very wide range of stocks on the ASX, but until it's banned, people will continue to use it unfortunately.
