Can someone please explain to me why you would open 13 new stores that sit vacant most of the day amid the worst economic conditions for discretionary retailers in decades. Makes no sense. Why not consolidate, reduces costs and come up with a plan to make your product more attractive. As for divvy, I reckon 4c max.
