Thanks for your response unawares. I too hope they will bring it together, was mainly venting my disappointment at the very generous rewards the mgmt are gifting themselves after giving a 100k bonus plus 100k+ worth of shares in 2022 on top of a generous wage while seeing the share price plunge >60%. Just seem a bit unethical when they will likely need to raise the soi at basement price and further dilute existing share holders.

Everyone but shareholders getting a good deal at the moment!
