80% of 29M shares are owned my top 20% shareholders. It means one big shareholder can manuplate the market by shorting at these levels and creating a fear in the market. Flooding news was announced on 15th march and it was expected that it will not run for next 4 to 6 months. Last 2 days of action is totally due to short traders activity. It will bounce back hard back to $1mark in next couple of weeks in my opinion. Once these short sellers start closing their positions.
