I've been reflecting, colincj and many others, that there may possibly be an interesting paradox in the continued low prices that RED shares are trading at.
If you accept my basic premise that our largest shareholder won't sell into a takeover offer at current prices, and that they have a shareholding of sufficient size to thwart anyone completing a full takeover of the company, then the continuing low price of RED shares actually acts as a "protection" for RED management avoiding a takeover of the company and for them keeping their current jobs (a Boardroom coup notwithstanding).
