100% agree with you. 2000tpa steady production is the biggest uncertainty at the moment, not EIA, not funding, not off-take etc.
IMO, we got the EIA in the bag months ago, but plan had to change due to mysterious tier 1 investor.
EIA is just a leverage of the Salta governor. He'll give us the approval once Jerko presents him our bank statement with US$200 million on it, like he promised at the December meeting with the governor.
