tend to agree. if these turds can find out about the raise they can find out about the raise price. if it was 15c it would have sold off to 15c or close to yesterday. wouldn't be surprised if the raise is at 21c hence the volume there yesterday. Always snouts in the trough wherever a buck to be made...looking at you PwC ya dogs.
