I think you may have misinterpreted your questions. You said "So ask yourself honestly.....". I did and the answer is $1.30. If you wanted the answer to be far higher, you should have said "So ask a highly blinkered person that does not take into account the start up delays, pit water issues, tesla deal fallout and 50% drop in Spod price honestly".
The good think is that some of the above are resolved and the others will be with time. So far higher will come. And there lies the opportunity.
