    Anyone here have any experience in patents.
    1-5, 9-14, 16-17, 21-26, 28-29 do not involve an inventive step and hence don't comply whereas claims for 6-8, 15, 18-20 and 27 do.
    Does this mean we need more data to substantiate the first claims or do we proceed, get the patents for the steps that do comply and then resubmit.
    Seems like a mammoth process to then be rejected across so many areas.
