I can usually reconcile with something like this, but how close the news flow is and with their current cash balance, doesn't make sense to do it prior, cash balance would have been healthy enough to warrant a 1-2 month wait. They have had the carbonate PFS in their hands for almost 2 weeks now, under 'review'.
