I feel that the Government loans and the Inflation Reduction Act threw a spanner in the works.
Their plan to let SunnResin supply modules perhaps went out the window to qualify for Gov funding.
When the Inflation reduction act came out, Bruce indicated it was too much trouble.
But I think it was made clear to him that it was the way forward, which probably meant scraping work done on the FEED and starting again, modules built in North America to comply with content and perhaps even SunResin's resin being supplied from Anson (Aust) to A1 Lithium (US).

Honestly, I think we had to go back to square one. But worth the wait.
Just my uninformed opinion.
