It doesn't seem like Glenn has resigned to take up a role elsewhere at this stage. And the ANN is oddly written with placating language around governance rather than talking about Glenn's contribution since IPO.
All a bit odd but I could be reading too far into it. Either way, Board and KMP makeup just became less favourable to the interests of non-Genius shareholders
