I remember this statement from their last valuation report well. I had to read it a few times to make sure I understood.

No, they valued all of the 43 properties. What they meant was only 15 of the 43 had to be re-valued in terms of any change to their valuation. They worded the statment poorly but read on and you will see that all 43 properties (or however many they have) are valued every 6 months.

Happy to stand corrected but that is my understanding.
