It seems that the age of building & specific location in any particular city very much dictates how much the valuations are changing.
It very much depends on the attractiveness of COF's assets as to how much they will be devalued in the Jun accounts.
From what I understand of COF's assets I don't believe they will be devauled as much as 15-20%.
Probably somewhere between 5%-15% across the entire portfolio.
