All the Eureka report is pointing out is that KAR is seen to be undervalued at this time and as we all know there is a lot of money sitting on the sidelines just waiting on the right opportunity to pounce.
Having a few savvy investors will not stop an opportunistic takeover bid but they will stop a below value acceptance we hope.
