Since you are so smart and good at quoting the Corporations Act and I'm so dumb you do the work yourself. As you yourself stated I have no financial interest in the outcome of the T/O offer - it would be a waste of my time and effort.
Check on previous T/O offers and conduct here in Australia.
I also think you need to go back and read my post as you seem to have some problem reading what I said.
In any event we'll all find out what happens in a few weeks and then everyone will see what happens.
Then you can tell me I was wrong (Not the first time) or I'll say "I told you so".
