I think they should be getting the second dms plant ready regardless! Not sure how a price ceiling would affect that. I also don't think they have a bad deal. the ceiling price could be anywhere. Anywhere north of say $3000usd a tonne is still pretty damn good and I would think (and hope) it is higher than that. And it's only for two years and only for 40% of our product.
