"I am very comfortable with my position."
unfortunitely Tony, that is worthless as you don't have a "position" and you have also not provided an alternative view to "property is about to be walloped"
1. If "full blown panic" happens, what will you do?
2. What do you do now with your excess money/ savings?
3. What will you do if property drops 50-80%, ie: what will your personal position be under that senario.
4. What would be your employment situation if property was wiped out as you suggest?
5. What will happen to your current stock investments under this senario you have vividly outlined?
6. What position would your extended family be in under your dooms day senario?
