Getting out of the Stock market on April 12 and moving my super to cash.
That saved me about 40K.

Gold / Silver are also doing well and I will continue to buy and hold.

I posted his thoughts on Property in Australia because he generally does not concentrate on residential property. I thought it was worth sharing.
