Do no think they are idiots Saani. Nobody loses money just for fun - they will be driving down for a purpose. The converse is the up rampers who drive up with hype like we had last year to touch $1. Stability in these penny stocks is not normal. Holders need to decide if they will be in or out and when and same for the genuinely interested lookers - when is the time they will buy or will they?
