One way to legitimise this mess would be for the BOD to formally ask AVZ SHs for permission to allow the BOD to engage in talks with interested parties such as Zinjin with a view to forming a working partnership to exploit Manono provided that AVZ has at least 51% ownership and that the DRC will immediately issue the ML to Dathcom. I have little doubt that SHs would overwhelmingly endorse this proposal which should also satisfy ASCIC.
