I don't understand why any of the big companies would want a JV.
We are so cheap right now a takeover seems so much better.
Why buy half the pie when you can get the whole thing for probably under 1b usd. $5-$8 would likely get accepted in my opinion given current circumstances.
Also how would a JV structure work.
Would they buy a stake in the project off us and if so could this be a potential massive amount of money for us.
or do we just more or less give away a portion of the project/company just so we get their assistance in getting the project to completion.
Anyone got any examples of a little junior going the JV route with large companies and how that went?
