Not sure Y U posted seems the risk is 2 high 4 U 2 consider AJA.
Short and curlies 4 me is the amount of large Major Sharesholder purchases that have gone on lately.
These people have professionals with way more intelligent than any of Us and guess what There "Buying".
Another point of view not mentioned by any1 else here is distributions have never stopped unlike other REIT's in Aust.

Also 34c is close to lowest 32c seen previously in last lowest price. So more risk removed.
