I wanted to say something positive here, because I actually think the company has a great tool and is actually solving a need in the market, but I have to say 3 CRs in the span of 7 months? Each time they quote it is to "accelerate growth", but with a spend each quarter of around 4 million, I think the CRs are just keeping the lights on. They were hiring new staff in that time as well, just adding to the spend. I know you need to spend money to make money, but this isn't sustainable. Either they have to land some big customers quick smart, or it looks like they will be doing another CR in about 2 quarters again. I am surprised they are even getting investors to provide cash if you look at the spend rate compared to sales, but then I suppose each time they do one it is more and more heavily discounted. I was considering buying a small parcel, but now that I have done more research, I think I will continue to wait and observe from the sides.
