Does not look like we actually need this cash right now at all. Simon must know who has been buying the last month, and what fate the FFX shareholding has now. Interesting as most retail FFX holders are keen to get their escrowed shares back and not have them sold now.
Wonder if we will see a TO offer prior to these new shares coming onboard?
Anyone know what the rules are with a share issuance being announced, but not yet executed?
