This is an important step achieved not only for the company, but also the graphite sector as a whole.

This from my understanding was the final piece of the puzzle that will now enable the debt term sheets to be finalised, along with the strategic equity partner.

Do not under estimate the importance of this announcement.

Find me another graphite company that has a Tier 1 customer as an equity holder, formal offtake partner that has also stumped up a level of the capex funding required??
