This is great, they're obviously very certain they have the resource, it'll all be financial and they'll definitely go ahead with it. They'd have rocks in their head if they went ahead with a purchase of land to build a plant if they didn't KNOW that they were going to be building a plant and producing. It's like telling us we've got amazing news coming in terms of our resource without telling us we have amazing news coming in terms of our resource. They are VERY confident here and wouldn't do it and look like absolute idiots unless they KNEW for sure!
Boxes being ticked here and so obviously undervalued. So glad to be invested here as this only has upside!
