Agreed. They need to get some contracts signed and money coming in before investors will buy in. My concern is that the large prospective deals are with agencies who will be conducting due diligence before they sign any deal and the solvency of the companies proposing long term resolutions is going to be a factor. Quite understandably, they don't want to look inept or potentially lose money by committing to a company that ends up going broke in a year so they likely wait to ensure the company (PET) is viable in the long term, or go with a different proposal. A few good outcomes will address that, but it needs to happen soon.
