Yeah that's why I think BL is an unethical dog.
Given the catalysts we have coming up, the cap raise should have been done at a premium not a discount.
Albeit still shady, a reasonable way to have done it would have been "we have these 2/3 announcements to release now, you can jump in at a 2% premium to the current SP and we will release these announcements once your shares have been allotted, that way you still enjoy a jump".
