I don't think so but I'd love to see a flurry of announcements from WBT (in no particular order):
* Confirmation of full qualification of the 130nm node with Skywater;
* A deal with Samsung, Intel or Nvidia;
* A formal deal with Global Foundries (ala Skywater) on the 22nm process;
* Positive results out of high radiation testing out of University of Florida.
With a combination of these you will definitely see the shorts run for cover.
